Q:What is the most convenient flight and transportation option from Singapore/Malaysia to Chaoshan?
A:Currently, there are direct flights from Singapore and Kuala Lumpur to Jieyang Chaoshan International Airport (SWA). If you have ample time, you can also fly to Guangzhou or Shenzhen, then take a high-speed train (about 2-2.5 hours) to Chaoshan Station. We will provide free airport/train station pickup service.
Q:How far in advance should I contact and book a customized itinerary?
A:To ensure service quality, we recommend contacting us 1-2 months in advance for planning, so we can secure your preferred high-end inn and popular restaurant seats. If it falls on Chinese holidays or the Spring Festival, please communicate at least 3 months in advance.
Q:What are the deposit and payment methods?
A:After confirming the exclusive itinerary plan, a 30% deposit is required to reserve the vehicle and guide schedule. The balance can be paid after you safely arrive in Chaoshan and complete the tour. We support WeChat Pay, Alipay, Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or Singapore Dollar (SGD) local bank transfers, which is very convenient.
Q:If there are elderly people with limited mobility and children at home, will the itinerary be too tiring?
