Itinerary details
Day 1: Arrive in Xiamen → Shantou After airport pickup at Xiamen Gaoqi, drive to Shantou (about 3.5 hours each way). In the afternoon explore Shantou's Xiaogongyuan treaty-port quarter, from the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Pavilion and Laomagong Temple to Nansheng Department Store and the old Post Office; in the evening head to Xidi Park for sea views, then dine freely along Longyan or Zhujiang Road food streets.
